"It is with great pleasure that the LEGO Group welcomes you to the Hero Factory! This is the place where real heroes are made. The heroes are designed, equipped and built depending on specific missions that beam in from across the galaxy and across time. The heroes are then sent out in their hero pods ready to defeat evil and solve their mission. The missions are many and very different. Coming in August, 2010, Hero Factory will bring with it opportunities for fan creation in numerous ways and the chance for new beginnings in the LEGO world of constraction (constructible action figures). Attached you’ll find a video introducing Hero Factory. Watch for more information around Toy Fair and beyond!" You can watch the video here.

The movie's OK, but it seems just the slightest bit cheesy, sort of like that horrible movie Astro Boy. But apart from that, the CGI is great, and Assembly Tower looks cool.

Well, it IS a teaser trailer. There's always the chance that more than 50% of this teaser trailer, is non-cannon like the ol' BIONICLE Piraka Animations. Which, incidentally, this trailer reminds me of the Vezok Piraka animation.

Yeah, but there is hardly any info in it as it is, so I'm guessing myself that this is all canon, but subject to change.

Well, we do have more hints as to what the story is, in the expanded character information given to us by LEGO at ToyFair. But at least it isn't as cheesy as the first Star Trek series.

Classic Trek was quite cheesy, but it was still fun to watch.
Yeah, I'll be updating the Hero Factory Wiki with news like this. Thanks though.
