Xplode looks freakin awesome! Are these fully finalized models, or are the LEGO builder going to continue tinkering with them?

These are the somewhat finalized models. I've seen pictures from the 2010 ToyFair, and there are a few differences in the color and details of certain parts. But no structural changes from what I've seen.

I would say that the camera could have changed the color, but I don't think a camera can change how something looks.
Are the Hero Factory Alpha Team models done?

It's not so much as the color, but designs being added onto the peices themselves. However, I do beleive these are stickers, and not designs printed onto the peice itself.
Yes. As soon as I get pictures of the rest of the Villans and Vehicles, I'll post another topic about it.

Besides that, I can't remember any more.

Well, stickers are cheaper to make than printing designs directly onto the parts. If you print designs directly onto the parts, it takes longer to make sure every part is without flaw (even if a few flawed ones get by the Quality Controll Tests), and it makes the machines use more gasoline, as the parts need to go through a second process in which the designs are printed onto the peice.
Making sheets of stickers instead, is faster, and cheaper for LEGO.
Not to mention, it's easier to use the parts for MOCing if you leave the stickers off.

Yeah, I see what you mean, but I still don't remember many BIONICLE sets with stickers.
